- 1 / 5By Emma TelfordWas really looking forward to a meal at this lovely looking pub in this stunning location with friends however what we received was undercooked frozen scampi, a over cooked mixed grill, soggy chips and cold peas. We were forgotten about and left to look at our dirty plates while the staff AND landlady sat at the bar having a chat, never offered dessert or coffee and when my friend spoke to the landlady (who was sat enjoying a glass of wine at this point) she made lots of excuses and ran off to the kitchen... No apologies, money off, free coffee... Anything! We paid quite alot for our meal and won't be returning. Shame they haven't got any competition!February 10, 2017
